MINNEAPOLIS — SUPERVALU INC. (NYSE:SVU) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.0875 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2010 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2010. As of February 1, 2010 there were approximately 212.0 million shares outstanding.
