Shannon Palmer Joins Vestcom As Chief Financial Officer

Little Rock, AR — Vestcom, the leader of integrated shopper marketing solutions and best-in-class provider of business process outsourcing solutions, announced the appointment of Shannon Palmer as executive vice president and chief financial officer. As a key member of Vestcom’s executive management team, Palmer will assume a strategic role in the company with responsibilities that include spearheading the company’s financial management functions and economic strategy to support new growth initiatives centered on innovations in data integration and marketing services for retailers and national brands. Palmer will report to Vestcom’s chairman and CEO, John Lawlor.

Palmer brings a wealth of skills and experience from his years of working on management teams at private equity backed manufacturing and distribution companies. Most recently, Palmer served as vice president and CFO of Lincoln Holdings Enterprises Inc., a former portfolio company of Harbour Group. Prior to that, he held the position of CFO for portfolio companies of Harbour Group, Windjammer Capital and Gridiron Capital. Palmer’s career also includes various financial management positions ranging from financial analyst to controller at several portfolio companies owned by Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and Mills & Partners.

Palmer graduated cum laude from Truman State University with a BS in Accounting. His family is in the process of relocating to Little Rock.
