Redner's Markets Inc. on Monday announced a leadership change that will elevate a third generation of the Redner family to the helm of the Berks County grocery chain.
Ryan Redner, previously chief operating officer, has been named president and CEO of the company, succeeding his father, Richard Redner, who will remain in an "active, full-time capacity within the business" and continue as chairman of the board of directors.
The move, approved by the board, is effective immediately.
