Open to foodservice chefs and professionals, Kraft Foodservice hosted a culinary competition this spring, offering participants the chance to win a $3,000 trip to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
The winning recipes showcased originality and highlighted Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Cheesecake Batter or Philadelphia Delights Chocolate Spreads as the star ingredient. The grand prize winners include:
