Pate Dawson-Southern Foods supply trucks, a common sight on North Carolina highways, will keep driving – just not for the newly public fast food chain Bojangles' Inc.
The food supply firm, which celebrated its 130th anniversary in 2015, is shifting its business after what marketing director Joel Sullivan calls the “mutual decision” to end its decade-long relationship with Charlotte-based chicken giant Bojangles' (Nasdaq: BOJA).
That decision means more than 180 job cuts, split between its Commerce Court facility in Goldsboro and Business Park Drive operation in Statesville.
