Woodland-based Nugget Markets said Thursday that it is acquiring two family-owned and operated grocery stores in Sonoma County.
Nugget said it is purchasing Sonoma Market at 500 W. Napa St., in Sonoma, and Glen Ellen Village Market at 13751 Arnold Drive, in Glen Ellen.
Financial terms of the purchase, which Nugget expects to close March 31, were not disclosed.
