The National Grocers Association (NGA) has announced a partnership with the Farm 2 Store Network to make available discounted fresh category merchandising and marketing programs for independent retailers. 

The partnership will provide NGA independent retail and wholesale members access to the following programs at an exclusive members-only discount of 15%:

  • Farmer's Market Events
  • Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program
  • Meet the Grower Events
  • Fall Festival Promotion Program
  • Food Safety-Good Agricultural Practices (G.A.P.) Training and Auditing

"As community stewards with their finger on the pulse of local demand, independent supermarkets understand the value of fresh as a key differentiator," said Peter Larkin, President & CEO, NGA. "The partnership with Farm 2 Store Network empowers NGA members to go beyond the perimeter of their store, to develop stronger relationships with both local growers and shoppers while creating a unique and educational shopping experience."
