KeyImpact Sales & Systems Expands Its Packaging & Supply Business By Acquiring Premium Packaging Group

ODENTON, Md. — KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc. (KeyImpact) announces their third acquisition in 2017, adding Premium Packaging Group (PPG), a foodservice packaging & supply sales agency. The acquisition of PPG expands KeyImpact's expertise and resources throughout the Kansas and Missourimarkets.

PPG was founded in April 2001 by Mike Privitera. Mike is an industry veteran with 40-years of packaging & supply experience. PPG's mission to build "long-term industry relationships with a focus on providing quality products to targeted end-users, creating positive growth for all parties" seamlessly fits the culture at KeyImpact. PPG has built a strong reputation and will contribute to KeyImpact's packaging & supply growth strategy.
