New structured pathways create seamless opportunities for both internal employees and external culinary students

Dripping Springs, TX — HHS has announced an expanded partnership with Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, delivered through Auguste Escoffier Global Solutions. For 5 years, HHS has supported its team members through a $2,000 Escoffier scholarship, enabling employees to advance their careers through formal culinary
education.

This next phase introduces a comprehensive development framework designed to cultivate talent from both within and outside the organization.

The expanded partnership establishes two structured pathways. The internal pathway is for HHS employees who enroll at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts using the existing scholarship program. The external pathway is for Escoffier students and graduates who are introduced to HHS through co-branded outreach initiatives.

“This expanded partnership with Escoffier reflects our commitment to investing in people at every stage of their careers,” said Brittney Horn, HHS Corporate Executive Chef. “From a student perspective, having access to real opportunities—and a clear path into the industry—can make all the difference. We’re focused on creating spaces that open those doors, where people can grow, build confidence, and see what’s possible for their future. At
the same time, it strengthens our pipeline and supports long-term growth across our teams.”

“We’re seeing a growing need to better connect culinary education with what’s actually happening in the workforce,” said Nicole Bertelli, Director of Partner Services at Escoffier Global Solutions. “Through our work with HHS, we’re creating a direct and scalable pathway from education to career progression. With flexible online programs from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, employees can earn diplomas or degrees in culinary arts or
hospitality management while they work, unlocking new opportunities for advancement within HHS. It’s a model that accelerates career growth while helping employees build stronger, more resilient teams.”

Participants from both pathways will enter a unified development program supported by HHS’s existing internal teams. The model is intentionally designed to scale without requiring additional staffing, leveraging current resources to maximize impact.

Through the partnership, HHS employees gain access to flexible online and on-campus programs from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, allowing them to pursue education while balancing work responsibilities. Programs are designed with input from industry professionals to ensure students develop practical, job-ready skills that translate directly into the workplace.

The program is expected to enhance HHS’s talent pipeline across culinary, operations, and retail roles, while reinforcing the company’s leadership bench and long-term sustainability. HHS continues to align education with opportunity—ensuring that aspiring and current professionals alike have access to the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
