Warrensville Heights-based Heinen's Fine Foods is opening its first store outside Ohio's borders Wednesday as it cuts the ribbon on a $10 million supermarket in suburban Chicago, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

The store in Barrington, Ill., where the average household income is more than $135,000, will be Heinen's 18th supermarket, the newspaper reports. All 17 of its other stores are in northeast Ohio.

Heinen's new store will be in a 38,000-square-foot former Staples anchor building, the newspaper reports. The store will employ about 90, including 10 Ohio employees who are relocating to launch the supermarket.
