H-E-B is launching a new campaign to help more than just a handful of Texans live healthier in 2014.
One of the changes H-E-B is making this year as part of its annual Slim Down Showdown challenge is making the programs, recipes and activities of the challenge available online, free of charge.
“Each year, our Slim Down Showdown contestants make stunning and dramatic progress and it is amazing to watch how their lives change,” says Kate Rogers, H-E-B vice president for communication and engagement. “But we are not satisfied with helping only a handful of people every year, we want to help millions.”
