Giant Food Stores Launch Grocery Delivery In Central Pennsylvania Via Peapod

Everything from milk to ice cream, meat and laundry detergent can now be delivered directly to shoppers' homes thanks to Giant Food Stores.
Starting Monday, the Carlisle-based retailer will launch delivery to communities in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg and York via a partnership with its sister company Peapod.
"We are thrilled to expand in central Pennsylvania as dozens of our customers have requested we offer grocery delivery in addition to our popular pick-up service. We are totally focused on making it easy by giving our customers what they want, when they want it," said Chris Brand, Giant spokesman.
