This is both very cool and supremely inspiring."

“We are so proud Chopt Creative Salad Company selected Nona Lim to source this artisan ingredient,” says Nona Lim’s Founder, Nona Lim. “Thousands of new customers will sample Nona Lim’s laksa noodles for the first time when ordering the Spicy Singapore Noodle Bowl and we couldn’t be more thrilled.”

Made with new ingredients like Chili Sambal Vinaigrette and Spicy Pickled Snap Peas, along with vegetables sourced from local farms whenever possible, this menu feature is sure to delight customers. Nona Lim’s fresh laksa rice noodles are a nod to the founder’s Singaporean heritage, where laksa noodles are a part of a melting pot of Asian cuisine cultures. Customers who enjoy the Spicy Singapore Noodle Bowl will be able to pick up their own Nona Lim’s laksa noodles at the many fine retailers where Nona Lim is sold.
