Yerecic Label Expands Press Capacity at Facility

Yerecic Label has expanded its Arizona operations with a new 17” Mark Andy P7 flexographic press, complemented by a Martin Automatic unwind, KTI turret rewinder, and E&L inspection equipment to boost efficiency and defect detection. Driven by continuous improvement, three-shift 24/5 production now mirrors Pennsylvania’s capacity, supporting growth under GM Jon Egbert and reinforcing partnerships with customers and Mark Andy to “Serve at the Speed of Fresh®.”
New Kensington, PA — Yerecic Label is excited to announce the addition of a new Mark Andy P7 printing press cell at its Arizona facility. This strategic investment strengthens production capabilities and enhances Yerecic Label’s ability to meet customer demand with speed and flexibility.
“We approach every investment through the lens of continuous improvement,” Josh Yerecic, EVP of Manufacturing shared. “The consistent growth at our Arizona facility made this press addition a natural next step – that reinforces our commitment to operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We’re now operating three shifts, 24/5, just like our Pennsylvania facility, allowing both locations to deliver the same level of strength, agility, and responsiveness. This expansion was part of a broader strategic plan to ensure our capacity and infrastructure stay ahead of future customer needs.”
Jon Egbert, General Manager of Yerecic Label’s Arizona facility, was one of the original team members who relocated from Pennsylvania to launch the site. With experience across both locations and a deep understanding of Yerecic Label’s operational culture, Jon now leads the Arizona team with a strong commitment to service, innovation, and growth.

The press installation includes a 17” P7 Mark Andy flexographic press, a Martin Automatic unwind stand and a KTI turret rewinder designed to minimize press interruptions. E&L inspection equipment is also used for defect detection, supporting greater efficiency and precision.
