The Star Group announces two management promotions to continue to support the vision and direction of The Star Group.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jarrett Little to Senior Vice President Sales for The Star Group. Jarrett will be focused on key customers in Canada and the United States and will bring his considerable skills in our industry to help build programs across The Star Group’s portfolio of companies. In addition to Jarrett's new duties as SVP, Sales, he has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Sliced FC.
During Jarrett’s three and a half year tenure as President of Sliced FC, he led the company with annual double digit growth and transformed it into one of the leading fresh cut companies in Canada. Jarrett’s transition to the role of Director will offer continuity and be a great asset to Sliced FC.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Kennedy to the position of President of Sliced FC. Greg moves from his position of Director Portfolio Sales at The Star Group where he worked to develop numerous programs and categories.
In the two and a half years that Greg has worked for The Star Group, he has been instrumental in the launch of Sliced FC in the Winnipeg marketplace and the building of our Winnipeg team. Greg brings a decade of retail experience to his new role which will be invaluable in building new fresh cut programs.
