SAN DIEGO — SAMBAZON®, the pioneer of Açaí, made waves in Southern California with its first-ever Experiential Pop-Up Activation, a high-energy, three-day celebration held May 16th – 18th at the iconic Malibu Farm at Seaport Village.

Dubbed Taste the Alegria, the event was an immersive celebration of all things SAMBAZON® — with complimentary Açaí bowls and smoothiescustom merch giveaways, live music from DJ Romar, and vibrant photo moments that captured the brand’s signature purple-powered joy.

The event drew thousands of fans, families, and lifestyle influencers — along with a slate of high-profile guests including Sophia CulpoTia BlancoDylan BarbourCoco HoKourtney TurnerTurnip Vegan, and Chad & Natalie Kerley — who shared their experiences across social media, helping the event reach millions of followers nationwide.

Saturday Morning included a partnership with Pacific Beach Run Club which brought hundreds of runners to Seaport Village to participate in an early morning Purple inspired 5k.
