Schully has more than 25 years of experience in the food manufacturing, restaurant and hospitality industries. Most recently, he worked for Taylor Farms as corporate chef where he was responsible for deli product development for retailers and national quick service restaurants. He also worked in the United Kingdom with food manufacturers and retailers developing ready-to heat and ready-to -cook products from concept through production and launch.
