VENTURA, Calif. – LINKFRESH, a leading provider of supply chain ERP solutions designed specifically for the fresh food industry, has announced the latest product release for its LINKFRESH ERP suite on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
This latest release includes features that enhance productivity and efficiency for food supply chain users, including four new LINKFRESH User Role Centers, LINKFRESH RapidStart, LINKFRESH Business Intelligence, LINKFRESH Farming Module, enhancements to the LINKFRESH Mobility suite and integrated LINKFRESH Help Screens.
LINKFRESH ERP is built on the world-class Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP technology, and is officially “Certified for Microsoft Dynamics.” Earlier this year LINKFRESH announced the availability of its LINKFRESH ERP suite for the Microsoft Dynamics AX Platform.
LINKFRESH ERP New Features
Four new User Role Centers have been created for LINKFRESH Foundation, LINKFRESH Operations, LINKFRESH Logistics and LINKFRESH Integration Manager. These fully customizable Role Centers are designed to aid user productivity by conveniently presenting the user with a role tailored, real time snapshot of all data and operational information pertinent to each of these four key areas on one screen.
Microsoft Dynamics RapidStart Services is a wizard-driven questionnaire-based framework designed to shorten ERP deployment times, improve quality of implementations, introduce a repeatable approach to implementations, and enhance productivity by automating and simplifying recurring tasks.
The new LINKFRESH RapidStart data packages further builds on this approach with a series of pre-defined questionnaires specifically to aid configuration and set-up of the specific food industry features within LINKFRESH.
LINKFRESH Business Intelligence (BI) provides pre-configured dashboards and reporting scenarios to deliver real time key performance analytics relevant to a food business across Production, Inventory and Consignment Profitability. LINKFRESH and Jet Reports have partnered to deliver these comprehensive reporting capabilities seamlessly integrated within LINKFRESH ERP.
The new LINKFRESH Farming Module can accurately record all costs and overheads with respect to crop growing and harvesting. Resources such as labor and machinery can be allocated to a “Job” and the associated costs tracked and recorded against inventory value. Job templates can be created to facilitate the rapid creation of frequently occurring tasks.
The LINKFRESH Mobility Suite is constantly evolving in response to customer feedback. This latest release includes new features such as a barcode test scan tool, debug facility, Bluetooth printing, a screen alignment tool as well as enhancements designed to streamline deployment.
Additionally, integrated LINKFRESH Help screens have been added which are accessible from every part of the LINKFRESH solution via the traditional Microsoft F1 help command.
