The Dec. 2-4 event, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, will gather fresh produce leaders for three days of networking and learning.

Boca Raton, Fla. — Registration is now open for the New York Produce Show and Conference, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary as one of the world’s most dynamic live networking events connecting produce buyers, wholesalers and global innovators with established and startup businesses.

Hosted by Produce Business magazine and the Eastern Produce Council on Dec. 2-4, the NYPS will feature a full-day trade show at the Jacob Javits Center – just before the lighting of the tree at Rockefeller Center – plus dozens of educational sessions and several high-energy networking functions at the newly remodeled Sheraton New York Times Square.

New York Produce Show organizers are expecting thousands of attendees and more than 300 exhibiting companies to converge for the Conference. Booth availability is limited, but there are still good spots on the floor for those looking to exhibit. Those who are interested in attending can register now on the New York Produce Show website. An announcement on hotel bookings will be made in the coming weeks.

“We are thrilled to return to Manhattan for our 15th anniversary show,” says Ken Whitacre, co-founder of Produce Business and chief executive at Phoenix Media Network. “It is going to be quite a celebration – from the buzz on the trade show floor to the party atmosphere at our receptions. We are excited to gather everyone in produce to toast 2025 and look ahead to 2026 and encourage anyone connected to the industry to come and join us.”

In addition to the interactions and connections being made on the Javits Center floor, the Conference will feature critical panel discussions on topics such as: the global impact of tariffs; the marketing of imports and exports; sustainability and food waste; and a revamped Cornell University-led Foundational Excellence program for those newer to the industry.

This year’s Show will include:

  • Three days of networking for produce retailers, foodservice buyers, and wholesalers, including the high-energy Opening Cocktail Reception, keynote breakfast and tours of the region’s vibrant industry – featuring local retailers, wholesalers, urban farms and unique eateries.
  • The full-day trade show at Javits, providing abundant opportunities for industry teams to make product pitches, forge critical connections and seal deals. Among the highlights on Day 2 will be two special sponsored food areas with chefs, the unveiling of innovative products, insightful educational sessions, a two-hour “Buyer-Connect” event with retailers and more than 300 exhibitors spanning the breadth of fresh produce.
  • The Global Trade Symposium, which will feature industry-leading global importers and exporters discussing the most pressing topics and trends impacting fresh produce along the supply chain and in the service community.
  • The Rising Star Reception and reunion, which not only will honor the current Produce Business 40-under-40 class but also host two decades of previous winners.
  • The Ideation Fresh Foodservice Forum, which will be taken offsite for the first time in show history, including a stop at the acclaimed James Beard House, to give guests a hands-on culinary experience of the creativity happening in kitchens in New York City and beyond.
  • Industry tours of thriving local supermarkets, produce-centric food outlets and wholesalers, including the terminals at Hunts Point Produce Market and the Philadelphia Wholesale Produce Market.

Organizers will release more information on both the conference program, industry tours and other functions in the coming weeks and in the run-up to the December event.
