Ready Pac Welcomes Robert Prystash As Vice President Of Continuous Improvement

Irwindale, Calif. – Ready Pac Foods Inc. is pleased to announce Robert Prystash as their new Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Robert will lead transformation initiatives and continue to progress Ready Pac’s culture of continuous improvement. Robert will report directly to Peter Laport, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ready Pac.

Robert comes to Ready Pac from ConAgra Foods, where he was responsible for implementing a continuous improvement operating system in Logistics as the Director of Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain. While in this role, Robert used TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodology to lead development of the vision, strategy and deployment plan. He established a culture that strived for improvement in an effort to drive rapid, sustainable and increased performance in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation, Warehousing and Customer Service. Before ConAgra, he worked for Sun Chemical, Solo Cup Company, and Moore Business Forms [now RR Donnelly] in a variety of continuous improvement roles.

Robert graduated from Bucknell University with a Master of Science in Business Administration. He completed his undergrad at Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Robert also has his Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from Sigma Pro.
