Ready Pac Hires Chief Financial Officer

Irwindale, CA – Ready Pac Foods, Inc. has announced the hiring of Marc Serrio as their Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to Michael Solomon, Ready Pac Foods, Inc. President & CEO, Marc brings with him a tremendous background and skill set to the company.

In January 2011, Marc joined Ready Pac as a Financial Executive Management Consultant. The company soon realized his talents, leadership, and expertise and his new position took effect on May 2nd, 2011. Marc is responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, budgeting, analysis, treasury and insurance areas.

After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), Marc began his financial career working for McDonnell Douglas Corporation. He then returned to USC’s Marshall School of Business to get his Master of Business Administration degree. Throughout his career, Marc has held progressively key financial roles with organizations such as Taco Bell Corp., The Walt Disney Company, and El Torito/Chi-Chi’s Restaurants. He has also held the position of CFO for six years with Tritech Software Systems and for three years with Detection Logic, Inc.

Marc, his wife Marley, and their three children currently reside in Pasadena, California. He will be located within the company’s corporate headquarters in Irwindale, California.
