Idaho Falls, ID – Potandon Produce L.L.C. announced the promotion of several key employees as part of a sales reorganization.
Bernie Pavlock was promoted to Director of Business Development, responsible for growing the category with existing customers and bringing new business on board. Bernie is a 1993 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado holding a B.A. in Business Management and has compiled 20 years of industry experience. His former position was Sales Manager with Potandon.
J.P. Surerus was promoted from Sales Manager to Senior Retail Manager and he will direct all day to day operations of the Potandon sales team. J.P. brings nearly 20 years of experience to this position with many years spent on the sales desk, as a broker, and a sales manager.
Stephanie Bench, a 12 year employee of Potandon has been promoted to Foodservice Sales Manager, responsible for managing the day to day Foodservice accounts serviced by Potandon. Stephanie is an industry veteran who started working in the potato industry in 1991 with the now defunct Liberty Produce company, the Sunspiced group, and the Idaho Fresh Cooperative before joining Potandon.
Travis Hess, a 19 year industry veteran and 1991 graduate of Utah State will assume the role of Wholesale Sales Manager. His focus will be to manage the terminal market and regional distributors that rely on Potandon for year-around sourcing.
Joey Dutton has been promoted to Key Account Sales Manager and will be primarily focused on managing the complexities of some of Potandon’s very large accounts. Joey has been a Potandon employee for 11 years working both in the Idaho Falls and Washington sales offices.
