Hockessin, Del.- The 2011 Produce for Better Health Foundation (PBH) Nutrition Education Catalog is now available! This edition is packed full of Fruits & Veggies-More Matters® products designed to educate people of all ages about fruits and vegetables and motivate them to consume more.

Several new products are available in the 2011 catalog, like the new Complete Diabetes Resource Kit that includes a managing Diabetes Brochure, a Healthy Eating Reference Card set, Daily tracking sheets, a Fruit & Veggie Produce Wheel, and a Reusable Green Bag.
Five new reference tools are available. The Fruits & Veggies: Cooking and Storage Tips riveted reference card set offers 10 different ways to cook fruits and vegetables along with storage tips for all five forms. Health Benefits of Fruits & Veggies is a handy sized riveted reference card set that lists the many health and wellness benefits of eating fruits and veggies. Why Fruits & Vegetables? is an informational sheet that answers that question and comes as a 100 sheet pad of tear sheets for easy distribution. Fruits & Veggies: Get a Jump On Your Dayis a tear sheet pad that describes the role fruits and vegetables play in meeting your body's energy requirements to high school students. The last new reference tool, Be Bold With Fruits & Veggies, is another tear sheet that teaches middle school students how to take care of themselves and positively embrace change.
New activity books in Spanish include; The Quest for Color!, Mystery of the Color Clues!, and Farm to Fork Activity Book! The new Kid's Fruit & Veggie Tracking Sheet is an easy-to-use tool that helps kids count how many fruits and vegetables they eat over the course of a day, a week, and a month. The Color Champions enliven every tear sheet on this 100 sheet pad.
Three new colorful, instructional posters are introduced. The Nutrition for Life: A Variety of Fruits & Veggies poster gives a visual reminder that eating a colorful variety of fruits and veggies in different forms is needed to achieve and maintain a healthy you! The Half-the-Plate with Fruits & Veggies poster shows how easy it is to fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. The How Do Fruits & Veggies Measure Up poster features information about why choosing fruits and vegetables instead of other foods is so good for you.
