North Shore Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Suzette Overgaag, announced today that Micki Dirtzu has joined the southern California based herb grower as Director of Marketing. Dirtzu comes to North Shore with extensive marketing, brand management and business development expertise in the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently Dirtzu worked in Marketing with Flagstone Foods and previously came from Brand Management on the retail side of the business. Dirtzu has a Master in Business Administration from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications from Augsburg College.

"Micki brings to North Shore Sales & Marketing a diverse marketing skill set and experience as well as a proven track record in delivering success," said Overgaag. "We are so excited to have her on our team."

Dirtzu will take responsibility to drive the company's overall marketing strategy including communication strategy, product marketing, tradeshow management and customer messaging. Dirtzu is a member of California Women in Agriculture and Illuminators.
