Washington, DC – NAPAR’s Chairman Matthew D’Arrigo, Vice President of D’Arrigo Bros. Co. of New York, announced the creation of a new website for the wholesaler-receiver trade association. The website can be found at www.napar.org.
The website focuses on helping wholesalers-receivers deal with food safety issues, especially complying with the complicated and challenging rules implementing the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). It lists all the major FSMA rules affecting receivers in one place and provides guidance and other helpful material developed by FDA.
The new website also provides information on NAPAR, including the history of its accomplishments for its members. Included in this section are several case histories where NAPAR successfully represented its wholesaler members before the executive and legislative branches of government.
The website has a listing of upcoming NAPAR Board Meetings and conferences and provides information on NAPAR’s Annual Pete Class Memorial Golf Tournament, along with an opportunity to sponsor or participate in it.
