MONTEREY, CA – PRO*ACT, the produce supply-chain management company, has announced that Mark Frankenberg has joined the company as Vice President of Client Development. Frankenberg has extensive experience in sales and business development. He will work with members of PRO*ACT’s senior management team and its distributors to create and strengthen strategic client relationships.
Frankenberg most recently was Vice President of Business Development for CDI Customized Distribution in Florida, where he achieved significant sales increases and led several business expansions. Prior to that, he was with Sysco Corp’s SYGMA Network, starting in a sales position and working his way to become Vice President of Sales and New Business Development. Frankenberg will be based in Florida and will report to David Peterson, Senior Vice President of Sales.
Peterson says, “It is important to our Client Development team that we have someone in place that really understands the industry and has experience dealing with customers and with business development. Mark fits that bill. His work experience and his participation in industry affairs support his ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships. We look forward to having him as part of our development team.”
