SALINAS, Calif. – June 2, 2010 – Shoppers are going to be heating up the grill, buttering the corn on the cob and whipping up their favorite summer slaw salads with Mann Packing’s Annual Summer Slaw Spectacular promotion!
More than 200,000 $1 IRCs will be applied to Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw® and Rainbow Salad products starting June 18. Consumers will save $1 with the purchase of any two (2) of these items (offer good through Dec. 31).
“This is one of our most successful promotions historically with an 18 percent redemption rate last summer,” said Lorri Koster said, vice president of marketing. “We know shoppers are looking forward to saving on staple items they use for favorite recipes they make all summer long. We like knowing shoppers take Mann to cookouts, BBQs, picnics, beach outings, etc.”
Koster suggests Mann’s retail customers leverage the promotional offer to create secondary displays, build barbecue meal-themed ads and create excitement overall in the produce department.
