J&J Family Of Farms Welcomes Michael Butler As Senior VP Of Operations

Loxahatchee, FL: J&J Family of Farms recently hired a recognized leader in the produce industry, Michael Butler, as its new Senior Vice President of Operations.

Michael Butler brings more than 25 years of operations and logistic experience to J&J, having previously served as Vice President of Group Operations for Castellini Group of Companies. Prior to his role at Castellini, Butler held leadership roles with Hexion Specialty Chemical, Reynolds Consumer Products, Old Dominion Freight Lines, and United Parcel Service. His experience includes certifications that include Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and APCIS (CPIM).

Michael has been an active leader in the produce industry for over 7 years, including roles with the PMA, and United Fresh. Michael will report directly to the Chairman and CEO of J&J Family of Farms, Lynn Rundle and will provide the firsthand leadership that is required for this critical role.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The Ohio State University. In Michael’s spare time he enjoys many outdoor activities. He also enjoys spending time with his 3 children, and fiancé Dr. Sarah Zimmerman.
