Leamington, Ontario – February 4, 2011 – Despite frigid temperatures, 16 brave Highline Mushroom Associates from the Leamington and Kingsville farms took the plunge in the annual Polar Bear Dip at Lakeside Park in Kingsville, Ontario. Over $10,000 was raised by Highline Associates making them the team that raised largest amount of money for this event. This is their third consecutive win.
The 11th annual Polar Bear Dip in Kingsville raised a total of $62,000 for two worthwhile community causes, Child-Can and the Youth and Family Resource Network.
