AKRON, OH – Dan Wolak joins Hickory Harvest as Quality Manager for Hickory Harvest Foods, a privately held nut and candy manufacturing business located in Akron, Ohio. With more than 25 years of quality control and safety and environmental compliance experience, Wolak will be responsible for overseeing Hickory Harvest Foods quality and food safety programs.

Wolak is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science. A native of Medina, he currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife Angela and their two children.
