ORLANDO, Fla. – Fresh Express®, the brand leader in value-added salads, is bringing bold flavor, culinary inspiration, and fresh excitement to the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, California, October 16–18. Visitors to booth #2139 will enjoy live recipe demos, celebrity meet-and-greets, and the debut of the new Fresh Express Mediterranean Herb Chopped Kit—all designed to inspire creativity in the kitchen and highlight how Fresh Express is fueling salad category growth with innovation and consumer insights.
To help bring the brand to life, Fresh Express has tapped actress, cookbook author, and mom Tiffani Thiessen, along with Registered Dietitian and New York Times best-selling author Kylie Sakaida, MS, RDN, to showcase how the leading salad brand is redefining fresh salads for today’s consumers.
“As a mom and someone who loves creating meals that bring people together, I’m always looking for fresh, flavorful, and convenient options,” said Thiessen. “Fresh Express makes it easy to turn simple ingredients into something special, and the new Mediterranean Herb Chopped Kit is such a perfect example of that. I’m thrilled to join Fresh Express at IFPA to share how their salads can inspire creativity in the kitchen while making healthy eating both fun and delicious.”
Thiessen and Sakaida are part of the Fresh Expressionists™ program, which spotlights chefs, dietitians, and culinary voices who inspire consumers to embrace delicious ways of eating well. To celebrate their appearances, Fresh Express will offer exclusive giveaways, including signed cookbooks, tote bags, and recipe cards, for select booth visitors.
On Saturday, October 18, Fresh Express will also host a Retail Dietitian Immersion activation at its booth. Kylie Sakaida will share her personal journey into the nutrition field, why she has partnered with Fresh Express to make healthy eating more accessible and provide practical tips for incorporating more greens into everyday meals. Attendees will have an opportunity to win a signed copy of her cookbook.
Among the highlights of this year’s show is the introduction of the Fresh Express Mediterranean Herb Chopped Kit, a vibrant mix of crisp greens, herbs, and Mediterranean-inspired toppings. This newest addition to the Fresh Express lineup reinforces the brand’s dedication to delivering chef-crafted, crave-worthy innovations that meet evolving consumer tastes.
“Fresh Express is continually reimagining what packaged salads can deliver, combining culinary creativity with consumer convenience,” said Fabian Pereira, Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at Fresh Express. “The IFPA show gives us the chance to highlight our latest innovations while showcasing the chefs, dietitians, and partners who bring the Fresh Express brand to life—all reinforcing our commitment to driving category growth.”
