Prior to that role, she held other human resources and operational roles in the Sears organization. Her work at Sears equipped her with extensive experience meeting a diverse range of business needs and working with a diverse range of employees.
“It’s such a great time to join Earthbound Farm,” said Whitehouse. “As we lay the foundation for significant growth, Human Resources will be a pivotal part of the company’s strategy. I’m thrilled to be part of the team and to have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s future success.”
