OVIEDO, FL – Duda Farm Fresh Foods announces today that the company has been named a 2010 Fruits & Veggies—More Matters Role Model. Each year the Produce for Better Health foundation (PBH) selects organizations who display a true commitment to the Fruits and Veggies—More Matters brand. Duda received Role Model status by incorporating a variety of marketing and communications activities that support the mission of the Fruits & Veggies – More Matters brand.
“We are honored to be named a PBH Fruits & Veggies – More Matters Role Model,” states Dan Duda, president and chief operating officer of Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “The recognition from PBH is particularly significant considering March is National Nutrition Month and Duda has always placed a high importance on growing and providing nutritional options for healthy living.”
PBH will honor Duda Farm Fresh Foods at the foundation’s upcoming Role Model/Champion Recognition Luncheon held at PBH’s Annual Meeting in Monterey, CA. Fifteen other suppliers across the country will also receive acknowledgment at the luncheon as Role Models.
