Crunch Pak Gets Slicing With Mr. Food Segment

CASHMERE, Wash. — Crunch Pak, the industry leader in fresh sliced apples, paired with nationally known food TV personality Art Ginsburg, also known as MR. FOOD, to show people how easy it is to cook with Crunch Pak sliced apples.

Crunch Pak and MR. FOOD produced a 90-second cooking demo that aired on television stations in more than 120 markets across the country Jan. 12.

Hugely popular and watched by millions, MR. FOOD was the first TV chef to promote practical, "anybody can do it" cooking and food preparation solutions, and, after more than 30 years he continues to find fresh ideas for cooking.

The Crunch Pak segment showed viewers how to use sliced apples for breakfast, for use in salads, for entertaining and dessert.

“A lot of people still don’t know about Crunch Pak,” said Tony Freytag, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “MR. FOOD is a natural teacher and a great way to showcase our products to home cooks across the country.”
