Las Vegas, NV – Country music artists attending the recent 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMAs) held on Sunday, April 1st, arrived to find their dressing rooms stocked with chocolate dipped Colorful Harvest strawberries and colorful heirloom style vegetable platters. And in the ACMA celebrity lounge they were welcomed to add their signatures to custom made, Musical Harvest™ STRAWBERRY themed guitars, donated by Colorful Harvest to be auctioned to benefit the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) and the ACM’s charity “LIFTING LIVES”.
Colorful Harvest, specializing in growing amazing, unusually colorful heirloom style vegetables, and sweet red STRAWBERRIES, has been nurturing a connection with country music to raise funds for many years. The company’s founder and COO, Doug Ranno, has a passion for growing colorful foods that help improve nutrition and improve lives, and he is a passionate country song writer and musician. So it was natural for him to combine his passions in the form of custom made guitars fashioned after his Colorful Harvest products.
