Allen Lund Company Announces New Promotions

La Cañada Flintridge Calif. – The Allen Lund Company is proud to announce the promotion of Bill Bess and Shaun Leiker. After 27 years managing one of our most successful offices, our Orlando Manager Bill Bess will be taking on a new path as Director Carrier Development and feels that this is the perfect time to do so. "With our current industry-wide carrier shortage, my goal will be to establish, develop and create new approaches and procedures to attract and retain carriers for all of our ALC offices," stated Bess, adding "I will be working closely with each office, to ensure a coordinated effort that will lead to the success of this new venture and the continuing success of ALC."

Taking over as manager of the Orlando office is Shaun Leiker, originally hired by Bess in 1994 in the produce department; later promoted to assistant manager in 1999. Bess commented, "The Allen Lund Company is fortunate to have Shaun as Manager of the Orlando office and he has the ability and ambition to take this office to the next level." Leiker is ready to take on this new task: "I have been fortunate enough to work for an outstanding company and a great mentor over the last 17 years. I am very excited to meet this new challenge."

Vice President of Sales and Branch Operations Eddie Lund expressed: "We're so appreciative of the 27 years of dedication that Bill has shown us and are thrilled for this new chapter in his career. Lund continued, "we are also excited about Shaun Leiker being able to grow in the capacity of manager."
