American Custom Meats is looking to cut into the meat processing business with a new facility on Tracy Boulevard.

General manager Gus Coutrakis said the 71,000-square-foot building was gutted, cleaned and equipped with tools from an energy-efficient refrigeration system to an automated steak cutter.
