For some people, running is enjoyable therapy for life’s every day stresses. For others, running is a result of being chased by something scary.
Regardless of the motivation, TEAM Beef—a national program whose South Dakota chapter is sponsored by the SD Beef Industry Council—provides an opportunity for anyone with a passion for agriculture to spread the word about the importance of beef in a healthy lifestyle.
Carrie Cox, a Woonsocket native now living in Chamberlain with her husband Preston, is one of those ag advocates who found inspiration through TEAM Beef.
