WARREN, Arkansas — A southeastern Arkansas poultry plant closed four years ago has reopened as a poultry deboning facility.
Ozark Mountain Poultry opened the Warren facility Friday, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported (http://bit.ly/1uKM8ed ). The company said 124 people will be employed there and that a second shift might be added to double the number of workers if product demand is strong.
Ozark Mountain raises chickens without antibiotics and sells them directly to restaurants and to retailers under the Forester Farmer's Market brand.
