EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — MamaMancini's Holdings, Inc. (the "Company" or "MamaMancini's") (OTCQB:MMMB), a marketer and distributor of specialty pre-prepared, frozen and refrigerated "all natural" food products (as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture), today announced the details of our 2015 advertising campaign on Sirius XM Satellite Radio. Our advertising campaign will run for the first six months of 2015 with the purpose of encouraging our customers to ask their supermarkets to stock our products, especially our new gluten free and stuffed meatballs.
Our radio campaign is scheduled to run over a 20-week period starting in January 2015 and ending in early June. We estimate that we will air a minimum of 6000 commercials and as many as 15,000 during this period. Sirius XM Channels being featured include CNN, Fox News, CNN Headline News, MSNBC, CNBC, Comedy Central, Stars, ESPN, Entertainment Weekly, and many others. A special campaign involving the Howard Stern Channels includes over 150 live or voiced live spots from Howard Stern. In addition, over one hundred "MamaMancini's The Meatball Lovers Meatball" branding commercials will be aired on the Howard Stern channels over a ten-week period.
The Company's Sirius XM campaign is the first component of MamaMancini's 2015 advertising campaign, which we expect will ultimately include several other nationally syndicated radio networks later in the year.
