Founded in 1976, Rastelli Foods Group began as a neighborhood butcher shop built on careful craftsmanship and personal service. As demand grew, Ray Rastelli, Jr. and his brother Tony focused on putting the right standards in place to support long-term growth, evolving from a single retail location into eight USDA-inspected processing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.
