Brad Lueck, a meat processor at Hansen’s IGA in Bangor, enjoys coming up with new meat recipes for his employer. “I like to try out different things,” Lueck said.
Unlike many grocery stores, Hansen’s has a wide assortment of meat products created in-house and doesn’t just stick to a few tried-and-true recipes.

Hansen added that Lueck is in charge of the store’s smokehouse and decides what is made and when it’s made.
