Poinsettias Go Green (And Gold)

In a city where everything from brat buns to tortilla chips have a way of turning green and gold during football season, it's a wonder somebody didn't think of it sooner: a Packers poinsettia.
Petal Pusher owner Nichole Campbell got her first shipment of the holiday beauties in last week. She can't claim the idea as her own. Nor can Mother Nature.
The traditionally red Christmas plants didn't suddenly start growing green and gold in their native Mexico as a show of support for the 11-0 Green Bay Packers. Campbell ordered them from a greenhouse in southern Wisconsin, where they are spray painted in team colors and then shipped.
