Negocios Now, the Midwest’s most dynamic news publication for growing Hispanic businesses, will celebrate the success of Chicago’s Hispanic community with a “Who’s Who In Hispanic Chicago” Special Edition and Gala Event, to be held Friday, July 8, 2016, at the Chicago Cultural Center. The goal of the event is not only to recognize Hispanic achievement but also to inspire other members of the community to similar endeavors. Kennicott Brothers, the Midwest’s largest wholesale floral distributor, has connected ten of their Hispanic-owned florist-customers with the event, asking each to design three centerpieces for the 30-table affair.

“We provided the flowers to our customers, and simply asked them to design something special for each table,” said Joe Barnes, Kennicott’s Marketing Director. “They’re all thrilled to be a part of recognizing Hispanic achievement in Chicago.”

During this Friday’s sold-out event, awards will be presented, including Business of the Year, Community Champion, Latinas in Business Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, and El Amigo de Negocios Now, along with recognition of one special corporation for its commitment to the Hispanic community.

The Negocios Now event begins at 6:00 pm on July 8th at the Chicago Cultural Center, 78 East Washington St., Chicago, IL 60602. More information is available at www.negociosnow.com.
