More Efficient Flower Box Developed By Dutch Co. Twinpack

Dutch company Twinpack has developed a novel box to package flowers in, which is both stronger than normal and saves about 10 percent on transportation costs, according to the designers. The concept goes by the name of TwindiGO.

10% saving on transportation costs

The sophisticated packaging sizes fit perfectly on Euro pallets, block pallets and air cargo pallets. No loss of space means that approximately 10% more products can be transported.

50% saving in the workplace

The current boxes when stuffed swallow much space. By using the TwindiGO®,  the space you use for packaging, with sees a more than 50% reduction.

Reusable

The ingenious folding design, the strong box is easily taken apart to be reusable. This is a big cost savings.

Saving the environment

The TwindiGO® consists of innovative container blanks which are delivered with a 4-point glued lid ready. Compared with the current boxes, much of what was once "air", now transported in TwindiGO®, saves a lot of energy to transport the same number of boxes.
