Los Angeles – Mayesh Wholesale Florist launched its first ever video contest, Mayesh Design Star back in September. The company was in search for a charismatic designer to be its 2012 spokesperson. After almost a 2 month process that consisted of video submissions, video reviews, semi-finalists’ interviews, and a popular of vote that brought in nearly 2,000 votes, Mayesh is ready to announce its first Mayesh Design Star. Mandy Majerik!
Mandy Majerik, as Mayesh’s Design Star, will demonstrate and narrate 12 Mayesh educational videos featuring Mayesh Certified Awesome Blossom products and win a Dutch excursion. Mayesh Certified Awesome Blossom products contain at least one of the following elements: unique shape, color, texture; unusual variety; superior grade. Certain Awesome Blossom flowers may leave designers asking: “What’s this and how do you use it?” And that question is exactly what Mayesh’s Design Star will facilitate – to help demonstrate usage and technique while portraying value. Mayesh is truly excited to be embarking on this new journey with Mandy.
As a part of the contest, Mayesh named one runner up, Beth O’Reilly, who will take home a new iPad 2.
