After seven years of absence, the Dutch chrysanthemum will make her comeback into the United States. Zentoo and J. van Vliet Bloemenexport BV have joined forces and worked together in a project, in which the borders are opened for the Dutch chrysanthemum again.
For the export of chrysanthemums to the United States there are very stringent requirements and the registration process has taken more than a year. In particular phytosanitary requirements are very high and can only be met by a few growers. Zentoo, with its wide product range and high quality requirements, was the excellent partner that could handle these requirements.
Together with trading partner J. van Vliet Bloemenexport, who exports over 15 years to the United States, the road to succes for exports of chrysanthemums was made. FloraHolland has played a supporting role.
