During IPM 2016 Chrysal partnered with FloriSmart, Dennis Kneepkens and other brands in the flower and plant business to present the Future Flower Lab; an area where the florists could dive into the world of Millennials: what drives them and how can you as florist reach this audience. The site up was great: a guided tour past 4 themes by Millennials with question marks on their shirt. In these areas, many tips were given to the florists. Here is a short summary for inspiration:
- We are interactive (the importance of interacting with your customer, giving workshops and being online)
- We are smart (storytelling, add value to your product and think about selling more than just flowers alone)
- We are visual (share pictures of your arrangements, use screens and be recognizable)
- We are conscious (buy fair flower and plants, use sustainable materials, and do charitable things).
