FloraHolland — From Wednesday 2 November through Friday 4 November, FloraHolland flower auction is hosting the FloraHolland Trade Fair Aalsmeer. For three days, this international trade fair will be the place for the floriculture industry to do business. Exporters, wholesalers and their domestic and foreign customers can find a comprehensive range of flowers, plants, product concepts, trend presentations and new products.
The FloraHolland Trade Fair guarantees an abundance of inspiration. As well as inspiring concepts at the Trends and Concepts Plaza, this year will see the return of a pavilion kitted out with a display of innovative options for the consumer market. Furthermore, visitors can pick up ideas from the extensive range of plants and flowers on display at the growers’ stands, and national and international suppliers to FloraHolland will be showing their latest varieties, available for immediate or future orders. The fair will be accommodating around 650 growers’ stands. A number of added-value suppliers will also be presenting their latest articles at the fair. Several exporters will be manning a Trade Plaza (Handelsplein) showcasing practical applications for the concepts seen at the Trends and Concepts Plaza.
Opening times
This trade fair at Aalsmeer will be open on Wednesday 2 November from 9.00am to 7.00pm; on Thursday 3 November from 9.00am to 5.00pm; and on Friday 4 November from 9.00am to 2.00pm. Entry is free for trade professionals.
International Horti Week
The FloraHolland Trade Fair falls during International Horti Week — a week jointly organized by FloraHolland, the Horti Fair and the IFTF to reinforce the standing of the horticulture industry nationally and internationally. Trade fair visitors from home and abroad will thus be able to visit three fairs in the same week, giving them a comprehensive overview of the state of international horticulture and developments in production, sales, Technology & Transport, and services.
