Iberiada Argentina 2012 was held in beautiful Buenos Aires from June 3 to 8 of this year. The prominent South American floral event combined the 29th edition of the Congress of ADEFI, the Association of Latin American Florists, with the 5th Iberoamerican Cup of Floral Art.
The Iberiada is considered one of the most important floristry-related gatherings in the Latin American region, bringing together 21 delegations from 21 different countries. Creativity, innovation and the showcasing of the newest floral design techniques feature prominently at the event, which draws visitors from all over the world.
Some of the world’s leading floral designers were present in Argentina this year, including European Floristry Championship gold medalist Natalia Zhizhko, her Russian colleague Pavel Chernyak, Daniel Santamaria from Spain and Chang Sung Won from South Korea.
